REACH合规性声明

尊敬的客户:

      本声明中的部件符合REACH(247 SVHC)高度关注物质候选清单中物质的部分，该列表由欧盟关于化学品注册评估授权和限制的1907/2006号指令规定，可以在这里查看:

基于欧洲化学品管理署公布的供授权审议的高关注物质候选清单(根据欧盟1907/2006号REACH 法规)，对这些高关注物质(SVHC)进行筛分测试。测试要求需≤0.1%。第19批共10项SVHC，其中一项物质为铅。

目前我司产品检测铅含量>0.1%，根据欧盟第1907/2006(EC)号法规，如果满足以下两个条件，如果物质符合第57条中的标准并根据第59条第一款被确定，物品在任何欧洲制造商或进口商应根据第7条第4款向欧盟化学品管理署进行通报:(a)候选清单中的物质在物品中的总含量超过1吨/年/生产商或进口商;(b)候选清单中的物质在物品中的含量以质量分数计超过0.1%的浓度。

我司铅使用含量未达到以上内容的(a)条件，故不需要通报，如贵司达到此条件需向欧盟通报，我司可协助提供充足的证明性信息。

目前半导体行业，凡是采用高温焊料制程的，其产品铅含量检测均不符合REACH 标准，但符合RoHS 豁免标准。只是其他客户还未及时通知，请客户放心使用。

REACH Compliance Declaration

Dear customer：

The parts in the tables below list which do not contain substances on the REACH Candidate List of 247 Substances of Very High Concern. This list is specified by the European Union Directive 1907/2006 on the Registration Evaluation Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals, which can be viewed here:

As requested by client,SVHC screening is performed according to: These substances in the Candidate List of Substances of Very High Concern(SVHC)for authorization published by European Chemicals Agency(ECHA)regarding Regulation(EC) No 1907/2006 concerning the REACH.The test requirement should be less than 0.1%. Batch 19 contains 10 SVHC, one of which is lead.

In accordance with Regulation(EC) No 1907/2006，any EU producer or importer of articles shall notify ECHA,in accordance with paragraph 4 of Article 7, if a substance meets the criteria in Article 57 and is identified in accordance with Article 59(1) of the Regulation, if (a) the substance in the Candidate List is present in thosearticles in quantities totaling over one ton per producer or importer per year; and (b) the substance in the Candidate List is present in those articles above a concentration of 0.1% weight by weight(w/w).

Our company do not need to notify ECHA because the lead content has not met the condition a. lf you meet the above requirements, we can provide sufficient proof information.

At present, the semiconductor industry, where the use of high-temperature solder process, the lead content of its products do not meet theREACH standard, but in line with the RoHS exemption standard. Only the other customers have not yet been informed. Please feel free to use our company products.
